The Mayor of the Village of Montour Falls, Jim Ryan, will welcome New York State, Schuyler County, and local officials in celebrating the completion of the Catharine Valley Trail connector bridge with a ribbon cutting and a tree planting ceremony on Friday, April 30, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. This is the third completed initiative under the Project Seneca plan.
