10TH ANNUAL BROCHURE EXCHANGE

All Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce tourism-based businesses are welcome to participate in our always popular Brochure Exchange!

Where: Grist Iron Brewing Company
When: Friday, May 7th 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
8:30 am – 9:00 am: Set-up
9:00 am - 11:30 am: Brochure Exchange
11:30 am – 12:00 pm: Tear-down. Stick around for lunch and a beer!

Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce 10th Annual Brochure Exchange is a highly effective and convenient way for Chamber members to promote their businesses and network with fellow members. It's also a fantastic time to stock up on tourism-related brochures before the summer season.

This is also your chance to pick up copies of our 2021 Schuyler County Travel Guides, hot off the presses, to share with visitors! Throughout the morning you will able to exchange your brochures, rack cards and/or guides with fellow tourism-based businesses. You'll be able to stock your brochure racks for the season with area activities, attractions, accommodations, and more, and of course network with tourism industry colleagues and Chamber staff. So many important connections are made at this event and we hope you'll join us! Attendees include accommodations, wineries, restaurants, attractions, breweries, creameries, and all who are actively seeking materials to stock their brochure racks for the busy tourist season!

Tables and linens will not be provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you'd like! We will have a table or two for Chamber materials but if you intend on bringing extra materials and decoration, we encourage you to provide your own table. We also suggest that you to bring a wagon to transport your materials from your car to the event site. It is recommended that you bring a minimum of 300 brochures prepackaged into bundles of 25. You'll also want to bring any rack cards and especially business cards for networking. Set-up begins at 8:00 am, and the event will begin at 8:30 am. We promise you’ll get a lot out of this fun and interactive event!

The registration deadline is Wednesday, May 5th, but we encourage you to act today! Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Masks will be required and social distancing will be in effect. Sales of your products or services are not permitted at the event.

Please complete the registration form below. Chamber members are free to register but there is a fee of $100 for non-members. Please contact Abby at Abby@WatkinsGlenChamber.com or 607-535-4300 to complete non-member payments. Checks may be mailed to The Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce at 214 N. Franklin Street, Watkins Glen, NY 14891 or dropped off at The Chamber. Credit card payments can be taken over the phone by calling 607-535-4300.
