The Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce's 15th Annual Business Expo is scheduled for Wednesday, October 6 at the Watkins Glen Community Center. This event is sponsored by Cameron Manufacturing & Design.
The event begins with a showcase open to the public from 4 - 5 pm. Attendees learn about the goods, services, and products available in the community and may purchase items if they are offered. We will also be holding a Brochure Exchange at the event as well so be sure to prepare rack cards, brochures, and any other relevant literature pertaining to your business!
Attendees also take advantage of the opportunity to network, build new business relationships, and learn about the unique businesses, products and services available from Chamber members within the community.
At 5 pm, the event will transition into the Chamber's monthly After-Hours Mixer, with a cash prize drawing and a raffle for items from each participating vendor. Refreshments are available during the Mixer portion of the event.
The Expo is scheduled as follows:
2-4pm: Exhibit Table/Vendor set-up
4-5pm: Business Expo and Brochure Exchange
5-7 pm: Mixer (light refreshments, cash bar)

-Insurance: Vendors need appropriate Certificate of Liability for this event. Please list Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce AND Watkins Glen Community Center as additional insured. Small businesses without a brick and mortar location can be covered by the Chamber's insurance but we need to be notified ahead of time. Please indicate insurance status on the registration form.
-Tables: An 8’ table and black linen to cover the table will be provided for your display. If your display is taller than 3’ for a table top display or 6’ for a floor display, please let us know! We will need this information to aid in the lay-out of the vendor tables.
-Door Prize: You will be responsible for supplying a door prize that can be given out as a prize to one lucky attendee. At your table, please display your door prize and provide a container to receive entries. Please bring scrap paper for attendees to provide contact information in the event that they do not have a business card. It is your responsibility to communicate to the Chamber who the winner is. It will also be your responsibility to communicate to the winner and to coordinate the delivery of the prize. Please be sure to bring along your business cards!
