This is your portal to access and update your business listings, member-to-member posts and deals as well as event listings and visitor offers. Leads for member needs as well as future customers will come through this new system as well. No worries - tools and trainings are available to make you comfortable with this great new resource, but we need your assistance to get accurate and complete information to support our extensive promotional, sales and marketing efforts. Your commitment to this and regular updates will make us all successful!
The Extranet will optimize your partnership with us by helping you stay current on your account details including, but not limited to, the following:
View your account information and control what the world sees
View your most current and convenient contact information. All contact updates and additions can be phoned or e-mailed into WGACC staff
Add and edit information specific to your business (amenities, tags, etc.)
Request publications (especially Travel Guides and other WGACC collateral)
Add/edit events (for fellow members, locals AND customers and visitors)
Read upcoming news and tips in the Bulletin section to keep you informed
Photos, video and coupons (deals) need to be approved before they go live on the website. This process is usually done the same day that you submit, however, it can take up to 24 hours Monday through Friday. Weekend submissions will be approved the following business day.
Listing updates such as text additions, deletions and changes or updates are delayed for editing purposes. You should see your changes within 24 hours.

A major benefit of the new explorewatkinsglen.com website is that members have the option to be listed on multiple locations on the site with subcategories. Each member is assigned a category upon joining the Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce, and like their amenities, have the ability to pick their subcategories. If you would like to change/update your subcategories, please make up to four selections of subcategories by downloading the below document. You can submit the document with updates, including business name and contact information, via email, in person, or by mail.
