Hello, welcome to our farm. We are a family-owned and operated dairy farm located in the beautiful finger lakes region of New York. Dairy farming has been a way of life for our family for generations. In 2010, our family decided to expand our operation to include a cheese processing facility and farm store. Since then we have been offering high-quality cheese to our customers straight from the farm. All our cheese is processed and packaged by hand in small batches. We offer Monterey Jack cheeses in a variety of flavors. We have flavored and aged cheddar. Our oldest cheese we have has been aged 5 years. Fresh cheese curds are also a big hit. You can get them plain or seasoned. Check out our online shop where you can find more information about each of our cheeses. We have cheese tastings in our cheese shop daily so come try them all. You can watch the milk become cheese on cheese-making days. We also offer more in-depth tours that include a visit to see the cows. Just be sure to give us a 24-hour notice before you come. That way we can be sure to have someone available to show you around. Our farm store is open 6 days a week from March thru December. During the winter months, you can visit us on the weekend. Our current store hours are Monday through Saturday 10 A.M.-5 P.M.
